We strive to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and on time. All goods will be fully insured by us until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

  • At Prakruti, we offer FREE DELIVERY on all order. You do not have to pay any shipping charges on any order placed online.
  • Once we receive your order, we dispatch the products within 1 or 2 days. It usually takes 3-5 working days for the product to get delivered.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • We ship through leading courier services and you can track your order online after it is shipped. Our shipping partners are: DTDC/Delhivery/Blue Dart
  • We ship on all working days except Sunday and public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday would be dispatched from our processing center only on Monday.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +91-7359217404 or at info@prakrutipureherbs.com mentioning your order reference number. Photographs of the delivered product may also be sent to us. We shall handle such issues directly with the respective courier company.
  • We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.

What is Cash on Delivery?

  • If you are not comfortable making an online payment on prakrutipureherbs.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery payment mode. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
  • The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is Rs 5000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Rs 50 COD charges are applicable if your order total is less than Rs 499.

How do I place Cash on Delivery (COD) order?

All items that have the “Cash on Delivery Available” icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select “Cash on Delivery”. Enter the name and contact details of the person who would be receiving the COD order. We will give you a call to confirm the order. Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

  • The maximum order value for COD is Rs 5000.
  • Rs 50 COD charges for orders under Rs 499.

Why is cash-on-delivery not offered for my Location?

Availability of Cash-on-Delivery depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if Cash-on-Delivery is available in your location. In addition, our delivery partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.
